I don't know why it's taken me so long to give Palazzolo's gelatto a try. They carry it at several local coffee shops and the big ripe berries and chunks of chocolate are always staring out of the case at me, tempting. Yet I've always denied myself. Then I came across it at my local grocery store a few weeks ago. I think I'm getting the message that I have to buy it!

I love hollyhocks. My mom gifted me with one five years ago and now I get to enjoy them every summer. I adore how the buds drop from the stalks and lie in bunches underneath.
